Horror on Main takes place in the ballrooms and meetings spaces of the host hotel, so you can crash for the night, the weekend, or simply come during convention hours. Free parking. Ten minutes from the airport and only ten miles from Hersheypark. Food options below map.
Hotel Reservations: room rates are for standard King or Two Doubles, with block pricing good Wednesday June 25th – Monday June 30th. Special event rate $165* only available for booking until June 13, 2025. Pool-side rooms are available for $50 more a night and are very limited. Use this link to reserve your room or button below. If you need to call, there is no “code” and you simply state you are with the Horror on Main group.

Looking for food? The hotel has a restaurant and a pub chaos!! But we’re working around it. They will be offering grab ‘n go food, menu items, and drinks as outlined below. We will also have food trucks in the lower parking lot, and there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. (2025 Food Trucks include Mad Dash Concessions and Home Of The Real Philly!
FYI re: 2025 Food and Drinks — the hotel is undergoing renovations. As it stands the restaurant/bar area is gutted, BUT they’re working around it by giving us other options:
• Poolside – they will have tables for restaurant service there and a bar for refreshments, whether you’re eating or not. Note, the pool is on level 2.
• “The Cave” or as I’ve been calling it, “The Hole of Despair” 🤣 is the area that used to be the restaurant and front lobby. It’s hollowed out, but they’re going to set up a makeshift restaurant with seating for food and bar service, for those who don’t want to go outside. Prepare to be surrounded by pipe and drape “hiding” the renovations, but we’re going to decorate it and make the best of it.
• The “Town Hall” is the Tent (downstairs, outside) that will have guest of honor programming during the day, the contests on Friday and Saturday, and serve as an after-hours location at night. This gives us somewhere to hang and chat and mingle and drink. They will have a “floating bar” out there, but I have been informed it will be cash only, as their credit card system doesn’t work in there. BE WARNED, you’ll need cash in the tent, but there is an ATM in the lobby, a Sheetz across the street and a bank 2 blocks away (both have ATMs). (The tent is huge and is air conditioned/heated)

The Cave:
Breakfast – Fri 6:30am-10:30am, Sat/Sun 7am-11am
Food/Bar – Fri/Sat 11:30am-1am, Sun 11:30am-11pm
Town Hall Tent: 9:30pm-12:30am (will stay open until legal local bar close as long as there are customers Friday and Saturday)
