How to Donate, become a Sponsor or Advertise on Horror on Main
Thank you for your interest in Horror on Main. Your support is appreciated and valuable to our family-friendly event and the horror community at large. There are multiple ways to become affiliated with Horror on Main through sponsorship, advertising, or in-kind donations.
SPONSOR OPTIONS:
PRESENTED BY SPONSOR – All advertising and mention of Horror on Main for the 2025 event will include “Your Company presents Horror on Main” or “Horror on Main, presented by Your Company” or otherwise noted, as well as all social media headers and descriptions, 4 weekend passes to the event, inner front cover of program book, 4 tickets to the VIP party. $10,000 – 1 available
GUEST OF HONOR SPONSOR – Listed as Sponsor on Guest of Honor page, listed on billboard as sponsor for that guest, your banner** prominently displayed in public area, signage on Guest of Honor’s table, 4 weekend passes to event, full page ad in program book, listed with sponsors in program book, web banner, tier 2 social media posts* – $1000 – 8 available (choose your Guest of Honor)
BILLBOARD SPONSOR – Listed on billboard as sponsor, your banner** prominently displayed in public area, 2 weekend passes to event, half page ad in program book, listed with sponsors in program book, web banner, tier 2 social media posts* – $750 – 2 available
PROGRAMMING STAGE SPONSOR – Your banner** behind the stage area where author readings, guest discussion panels, and other programming takes place, 2 weekend passes to event, half page ad in program book, listed with sponsors in program book, web banner, tier 2 social media posts* – $550 – 1 available
BANNER LEVEL – Your banner** prominently displayed in convention area, 2 weekend passes to event, half page ad in program book, listed with sponsors in program book, web banner, tier 1 social media posts* – $500 – 2 available
GREEN ROOM SPONSOR – Where vendors and guests of honor go to chill & snack, signage in green room, listed with sponsors in program book – $100
VIP PARTY SPONSOR – Saturday’s Private Party for Guests of Honor to meet & greet with a smaller set of attendees – banner in party room, signage on tables, 2 tickets to party, listed with sponsors in program book, quarter page ad in program book – $100 – 1 left

Tier 1 – 1 post per month before the event
Tier 2 – 2 posts per month before the event with an additional thank you post afterward

PROGRAM BOOK FULL PAGE PLUS – Full page ad in program book, web banner, 1 social media post, PLUS 2 weekend passes to event – $250 – available
PROGRAM BOOK FULL PAGE – Full page ad in program book, web banner, 1 social media post – $175
PROGRAM BOOK HALF PAGE – Half page ad in program book, 1 social media post- $100
PROGRAM BOOK QUARTER PAGE – Quarter page ad in program book, 1 social media post- $50

DONATION OPTIONS:
All donors are listed with the sponsors in the program book and thanked on social media.
BOTTLED WATER SPONSOR – Feel free to put your own logo on them! Need 12 cases
SNACK SPONSOR – Chips, pretzels, granola bars, etc. Need 200 individual single-serve bags
BREAKFAST SPONSOR – We provide our guests of honor and vendors with fruit and donuts on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Donate apple bags, orange bags, or donuts (a dozen minimum). Need 3 bags of apples, 3 bags of oranges, 10 dozen donuts
HAND SANITIZER SPONSOR — Mini bottles of hand sanitizer for the guests of honor, front desk, and programming rooms. Feel free to put your logo on them. Need 50 mini bottles
SWAG – Pre-purchased ticket holders receive a swag bag upon check-in, can include business cards, bookmarks, marketing items, etc. Our swag bag donations have their own page, please click here to participate.
RAFFLE ITEMS – When people purchase from our vendors they receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win any of the raffle packages. Our vendors are given the opportunity to donate to this, but you don’t need to be a vendor to do so. Note: raffle items may be raffled alone or in a bundle/package, depending on size, value, etc. at Horror on Main’s discretion.
CONTEST PRIZES – We have a costume contest and a scream contest, and we give a prize package to the winners. Your donations would be included in that package.
MONETARY DONATIONS WELCOME — Don’t have time or means to delivery items? If you’d like us to purchase specific items on the donation options list, we can do that.
NOTE: Horror on Main may designate donated items for either the raffle table or contest packages as appropriate.
