This newsletter will only be used for vendor specific information. For general Horror on Main info, please subscribe to the community newsletter.

This newsletter will not send anything during the "off-season" — between the end of the convention and the opening of vendor tables. This newsletter will not be a regularly scheduled thing, but rather, when there's information to share I'll send one. You can/should save them until after the con so you have the information you may need, but they will also always be available on the Vendor Newsletter Page at the bottom for reference. You can also leave comments on the bottom of that page.

If there is anything in particular you want from this newsletter, please let me know.

Raffle Tickets

This year we’ll be doing RAFFLES in the vendor room — but a fun, different kind of raffle. Whenever someone buys an item from a vendor, they receive a raffle ticket to drop in the bucket-of-luck for the item(s) they are interested in. We will be giving you the tickets to hand out to buyers. This gets them into the vendor room to look at the raffle items and buying from more of you to get more chances to win things.

That said, if any of you are interested in donating items to be raffled, we would love that! If so, just hop over to the advertising page and fill out the form. Note that you’re a vendor in the comments. Again, we appreciate any and all donations for raffle and thank you.

Pizza Party

For those who are new... when you signed up for your vendor table, you were asked for your pizza toppings. This was because yes, we are throwing you a private, vendors only, pizza party.

Saturday night, at 7pm, when the vendor doors close, the pizza party begins. The pizzas will be brought into the back of the main vendor room. BYObeverage. Water and coffee are provided (all weekend for you guys), beyond that you can bring what you want. Do keep in mind that it's the vendor room, so we want to be careful of spills and damage to merchandise.

We're doing this so you can all mingle with each other without a crowd. You can relax, hang out, and have some pizza. If you are not a pizza person, you can always bring your own meal in and join the party.

We will wrap up the pizza party around 9pm so they can shut down the room, and you can all go enjoy the new addition of the party tent (downstairs outside, by the food trucks - moved this year to this location as well).

For RETURNING VENDORS who attended last year's pizza party, please let us know if there's anything we can do to improve it. Did you get enough? Did we have plenty of plates? Ideas, thoughts, comments, and suggestions welcome!

Additional vendor badges

These are $40, with a limit of two (2) extra badges for adult/general admission per vendor “company,” not per table purchased. Should you need additional tickets after you purchased your table, click the button to grab them. All extra vendor badges at the door will be general admission price.
