Eduardo Sánchez is known first and foremost as the director of The Blair Witch Project, the most success movie (budget to gross) ever and a testament to marketing, which celebrates its 25th anniversary this year. He followed the sequel (Book of Shadows) with Lovely Molly, V/H/S/2, Exists, Portals and more. On the small screen, he has directed episodes of many favorite genre television shows including American Horror Stories, Supernatural, Charmed, Yellowjackets, Lucifer and From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series. He is also the co-owner and operator of Haxan Films.

Wall spots are gone inside the room. A couple wall locations remain in the hallway.
